Cancellation Policy

General Booking & Confirmation To secure your spot for a farm tour or workshop, full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are made through our website. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your reservation. Cancellations & Refunds by Customer We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible via email at hello@theriverhousefarm.com. Our refund policy is as follows: 100% Refund: If you cancel 16 days or more before the scheduled event. 50% Refund: If you cancel 8-15 days before the scheduled event. No Refund: If you cancel less than 7 days before the scheduled event or are a no-show. In the event of something like this happening, there will also be a cancellation fee of 20% of the total session price. Our booking policy helps us maintain fair and consistent availability for everyone who wants to experience The River House Farm. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event, and no-shows, will unfortunately forfeit the booking fee as well as be charged the aforementioned cancellation fee of 20% of the total session price. This policy helps ensure that spots are available for guests who are able to attend and helps us manage our small business resources Rescheduling a Booking We are happy to help you reschedule your booking at no extra cost, provided you give us at least 15 days' notice. Please contact us directly to find an alternative date. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellations by The River House Farm While rare, we may need to cancel a tour or workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, low attendance, or an emergency. In such cases, we will notify you at least 120 hours in advance via the email you used for booking. You will be given the option to either reschedule your booking or receive a full refund. Liability Waiver By booking a tour or workshop, you acknowledge that a farm environment contains inherent risks. The River House Farm is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur on our property. Please wear appropriate footwear and be aware of your surroundings at all times.
